📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT systems and networks.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Respond to IT-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of IT-related activities and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices.,Knowledge of IT project management and implementation.
