You will work with state-of-the-art tools and software, such as Ericsson's OMC (Operations & Maintenance Center) and Nokia's NetAct, to monitor and manage the network. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of BSS equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Monitor and manage the network using tools such as Ericsson's OMC and Nokia's NetAct.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of BSS sites to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and services.
Provide technical support to field engineers and other stakeholders.
Document all maintenance activities and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in BSS maintenance.
Participate in on-call duties to address critical issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in BSS maintenance and troubleshooting.
Certification in BSS maintenance from recognized institutions such as Ericsson or Nokia.
Proficient in using BSS management tools like Ericsson's OMC and Nokia's NetAct.
Strong knowledge of telecommunication protocols and standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
