Apotek Citra Butik is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Admin Finance to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.,Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Support the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Provide administrative support to the finance department.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
