📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B service operations to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Train and supervise F&B staff to maintain service excellence.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of F&B service policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Maintain a clean and organized F&B service area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service management.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with F&B service software and systems.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Hospitality or related degree is a plus.
