📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of training activities and events.
• Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training solutions.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide feedback and support to trainers and participants.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using training management software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Creative and innovative approach to training and development.
