📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.,Support the HR department in organizing training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR-related roles.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
