Express Plus Jaya is looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. If you are a recent graduate or have limited sales experience and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prospecting and identifying potential customers for our products and services.,Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.,Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Preparing and presenting sales proposals to potential customers.,Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.,Tracking and reporting sales performance and market trends.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
