📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and dietary requirements.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.,Assist the head cook in managing kitchen operations and inventory.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Train and assist new staff members in cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.,Handle food waste and disposal in an environmentally friendly manner.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and upkeep tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Valid food handling certificate.
