🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong understanding of learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
