📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's cash flow and ensure accurate financial records are maintained.,Process payments for patients, including insurance claims and co-pays.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding financial transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in the preparation of patient statements and insurance forms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or administrative role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Basic knowledge of financial software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
