📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Perform basic nursing tasks such as patient care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.,Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications and treatments.,Support the head nurse in conducting patient assessments and treatments.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Assist in the organization and management of the nursing department.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for the nursing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse or in a similar healthcare role.,Familiarity with basic medical procedures and treatments.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
