📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries.

Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

Providing information about the company and its services.

Assisting with the preparation and distribution of office materials.

Ensuring the security and safety of the office premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with office software and tools.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
