📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing sales strategies to achieve company targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and maintain relationships with key retail clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote company products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or consulting.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and dynamics.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry is preferred.
