In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 50+ staff, implementing innovative programs, and driving revenue growth in one of Indonesia's most sought-after hospitality destinations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the resort, focusing on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and spa services.
• Manage a team of 50+ employees, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high performance standards.
• Implement and monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in luxury hospitality.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the resort team.
• Represent the resort at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, with a proven track record in high-end resorts.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field (e.g., CHM, CLHM).
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of revenue management and marketing strategies in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
