📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
