📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Collaborate with the café management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management.,Professional certification in culinary arts or equivalent experience.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
