📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
