📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Prepare and distribute job postings on various job boards and company websites.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English is a plus.
