📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct outbound calls to Australian-based leads to understand their selling and lending needs.
- Qualify leads and provide information on Lendi Group's products and services.
- Manage and update CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot to track interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Attend training sessions and participate in team meetings to stay updated on company goals and strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the lending or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
