Oversee the production process from start to finish,Ensure production targets are met and maintained,Monitor and maintain production schedules,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow,Implement and enforce quality control measures,Train and mentor junior staff members,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions,Maintain accurate production records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with relevant software and tools,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
