📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fixed assets, including recording, tracking, and reporting on asset acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports.,Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management on financial matters related to fixed assets.,Oversee the implementation and compliance of accounting policies and procedures related to fixed assets.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and staff on fixed assets accounting principles and practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in fixed assets accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
