In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our welding processes and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and welding inspection, with a commitment to maintaining high standards and safety protocols.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests on welding processes and products,Ensuring compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements,Identifying and documenting quality issues and defects,Developing and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues,Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control and welding inspection procedures,Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records,Conducting audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and welding inspection,Certification in welding inspection and quality control (e.g., AWS, ASNT, or other relevant certifications),Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices,Proven experience in identifying and resolving quality issues,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with relevant quality control software and tools
