📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.,Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve operational excellence.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance team performance.,Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing their concerns and ensuring their well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using project management tools and software.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
