📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate tender processes for construction projects.,Prepare accurate and detailed tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules.,Conduct site measurements and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.,Analyze and interpret project data to provide cost estimates and forecasts.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Ensure all tender submissions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.,Maintain accurate records and reports of all tender activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and tendering procedures.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.
