📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
