📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to close deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible advice and recommendations.
• Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports to management on client activity and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with insurance products and services, including life insurance, health insurance, and retirement planning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
