📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
• Manage and coordinate with a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices in warehouse management and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics.
• Proven experience in using WMS software and SAP.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems is a plus.
