📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee, showcasing the latest fashion trends and products.
- Engage with viewers through interactive Q&A sessions, polls, and giveaways.
- Promote and sell products from top fashion brands, driving sales and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute live streaming strategies.
- Provide feedback on product quality, packaging, and overall shopping experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to brand guidelines and policies.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your streaming skills.
- Report on stream performance metrics and provide insights for future improvements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a live streaming host or similar role.
- Proven track record of engaging and growing a following on TikTok and/or Shopee.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with TikTok Live and Shopee Live features and tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Jakarta Barat for the role.
