As a Commercial Learning Partner Supervisor in Jakarta Raya, you'll work closely with our sales teams to identify learning needs, design and deliver training programs, and measure the impact of these programs on commercial performance. You'll leverage your expertise in learning and development to create engaging and effective learning experiences that drive sales excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement learning solutions that enhance the commercial performance of sales teams
• Identify learning needs and design training programs that address those needs
• Deliver training programs and facilitate learning experiences that engage and motivate learners
• Measure the impact of training programs on commercial performance and use data to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand their learning needs and ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Provide guidance and support to junior learning and development professionals
• Contribute to the development of learning and development strategies that support the overall business goals of Erajaya

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial excellence
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning solutions
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate business objectives into learning outcomes
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Certification in learning and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Adult Educator (CAE), is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
