We are seeking a Legal Officer (Corporate Licensing) to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing corporate licensing, and providing legal support to the company's operations.
As a Legal Officer (Corporate Licensing), you will work closely with our legal team to draft and review contracts, licenses, and permits. You will also assist in the preparation of legal documents for business transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate licensing.
- Draft and review contracts, licenses, and permits.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents for business transactions.
- Provide legal support to the company's operations and projects.
- Monitor and update corporate licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on legal issues.
- Coordinate with external legal consultants and advisors as needed.
- Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal or licensing.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
